Took my 2005 Dodge Neon here, the Timing Cylinder Head went out and was going to cost more to fix this car than what it was worth. I was very frustrated, sad, mad, and I appreciated his help and understanding that day when I really really wasn’t able to handle one more piece of bad news and I was able to have a no fee for looking at my car. I don’t know if that is standard practice to charge for diagnosing your car or not but I really appreciated that knowing I was going to end up junking my car and it is on marketplace now so no work has been done on my car but I give 5 stars for compassion since that is all I know so far really. They were knowledgeable about what had happened to my car so some stars for being knowledgeable also.

The owner went out of his way to help our business which is in Lynnwood, Washington and he’s all the way in Idaho. Thank you so much, sir.

I was extremely impressed on how fast they got me in and was very easy to communicate with, I had my cam phasers done in my 2018 ford f150 and was done in a timely manner and everything came out perfect, the price was even cheaper then most . I highly recommend.

5 stars. Know A Guy Auto Repair went out of their way and never tried to take advantage of it. Im in Seattle market. I needed a car picked up at the airport in Idaho. We mailed them the keys. They got the vehicle back to the shop, went through it, and did a real safety check. It came back in good condition. They could have piled on charges. They didn’t. Pricing was fair, the crew was friendly, and they treated it like they actually wanted the job done right. Highly recommend. I would use them again without thinking twice.
