Was planning to take my F-150 to the dealership to get repaired, but the scheduling wouldn’t work with an upcoming trip. They recommended Know A Guy, because one of their former technicians runs the place and knows Fords well. Mike was able to get me in the next business day, and had repairs done that same day. Easy service experience with fair pricing. Would visit again and recommend!

Hands Down the Best in the Game. I've taken my GTI to multiple "VW mechanics" in town, and they all gave me insane estimates cause they didn't want to work on it. I Know A Guy Said bring it on we ain't scared. Prices are super fair, they are very transparent, even send pics of their diagnostic. I give them 6 out of 5 stars.

Know-A-Guy fixed the A/C in our old Nissan in just a few weeks for a totally reasonable cost AFTER the local dealership failed repeatedly to fix it (2 months and almost the same cost!) We will DEFINITELY be returning to Know-A-Guy for other maintenance and repairs! Thank you Know-A-Guy (and Mike!)

I took my truck in to this shop, they gave me an estimated 5 hour job that would cost 800$. After giving the approval and two weeks later, I had my truck moved to another shop. The service people were great but my truck wasn't touched for two weeks.
Know A Guy Auto Repair is absolutely amazing! They take really good care of you and tell you how it is. I was super nervous about taking my car in but even though the news wasn't great, they handled it with so much grace. All my future vehicles will absolutely be going to Know A Guy Auto Repair!
